Once the invoice is paid, we begin the design process with unlimited revisions until you approve the final look. After approval, we print within 48 hours and promptly schedule the installation. For your convenience, you can choose to have the wrap shipped to you or opt for a same-day installation, which typically takes about two hours.

  • Goalie Helmet Wrap Warranty

    At Simplicity Print Studio, we stand behind the quality of our goalie helmet wraps and the materials we use. Each helmet wrap is produced using premium 3M Controltac™ IJ180Cv3-10 vinyl, a 2 mil pressure-activated adhesive film with 3M Comply™ Air Release technology.

    This professional-grade vinyl is designed for high-quality printed installations, excellent contourability, and strong memory retention, making it ideal for the complex curves and surfaces found on goalie helmets.

    2-Year Warranty Coverage

    Our goalie helmet wraps include a 2-year limited warranty against:

    • Excessive fading
    • Peeling
    • Adhesive failure under normal use
    • Material defects related to the printed wrap

    This warranty begins on the date of installation or delivery.

    What Is Covered

    If your wrap experiences fading or peeling within the 2-year warranty period due to a material or installation-related issue, Simplicity Print Studio will review the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the affected wrap area at our discretion.

    What Is Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Impacts, scratches, cuts, chips, or abrasions from gameplay
    • Helmet collisions, puck impacts, sticks, skates, cages, bags, or storage damage
    • Improper cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
    • Pressure washing
    • Customer removal, lifting, picking, or tampering with the wrap
    • Damage caused by excessive heat, neglect, misuse, or improper storage
    • Normal wear and tear from active use

    Care Requirements

    To maintain warranty coverage, helmets should be cleaned gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, alcohol-based chemicals, waxes, or high-pressure water.

    Warranty Claim Process

    To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

    • Customer name
    • Date of installation or purchase
    • Photos of the affected area
    • A brief description of the issue

    All warranty claims are subject to review. Simplicity Print Studio reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under this limited warranty.
